Hello there and welcome to The Outspoken Pineapple!! My name is Addie and I am the resident (and only) pineapple here. Now, you may think that’s super weird. And I mean, it is. Pineapples are my brand. One day, my friend and I were talking and decided that I am a pineapple (spiky on the outside, sweet on the inside). You’ve heard of spirit animals. Well, I give you–spirit fruit.

I do have a post on here introducing myself but in case you don’t want to go find it, here’s a list to help you get to know me:
- My background is Italian and my full name is Adelina. Unique and difficult for most people to say/spell/remember.
- I’m 29 years old.
- I’m a Libra and an INFP. Both fit me to a T.
- I live outside of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- I consider myself a rare magical unicorn. (Maybe I’ll explain that one day).
- I’m a writer. Duh. More accurately, I’d like to be one full time.
- I have an older sister and brother. I’m the baby. I also have two nephews and I am godmother to one of them.
- I have a goldendoodle named Rusty. Full name Rusty James. I named him after a character in the book Rumble Fish by SE Hinton. (They weren’t about to let me name him Ponyboy).
- I studied Broadcast Television and volunteered at a local TV station where I directed live TV. That was probably one of the best times for me.
- I love music (I sincerely need it to live my life), movies and books.
- It’s insanely hard for me to pick favourites but I’d say: The Beatles and One Direction for music, Newsies for movie, Buffy the Vampire Slayer for TV show, and The Outsiders for book.
- I really love One Direction (as a band and as solo artists). Like really. You’ll see.
- I have so many favourites in a variety of genres and we would be here all day talking about it.
- I love talking and I have many opinions. This will become well-known on here.
