Do you remember the internet ten or more years ago? Most people used Facebook as their main social media app. Mostly because it was one of the only ones around.
I used Facebook a lot. Some might say too much. I was scrolling through my old Facebook notes today and was surprised at the sheer amount of questionnaires I had. They used to circulate all the time and were used to probably let people know more about you. I was totally addicted to doing them.
In reading them back today, I realized just how much I’ve changed over the years. And a few things that have stayed the same. I thought it would be fun to post one here with the original answers and write my answers from today along side them.
The original answers are in normal print and my updated answers are in bold. I apologize for how I sounded ten years ago. I definitely cringed.
Questionnaire:
1. What is a question that people ask you that always gets on your nerves?
“Do you have a job now?” | Tempted to answer with the same. But maybe more “What are you going to do with your life?”
2. Name something you have in common with all your siblings?
We are cool. lol. | I mean, we are cool haha. I’m not sure–we all look alike?
3. What is the greatest amount of physical pain you have ever had?
Hmm…. umm… thinking, thinking…. I had this horribly bad stomach ache once…. Uggh…. | Stomach pain will always win. Acid reflux=not fun.
4. What number of drinks constitutes your limit?
I don’t really care to drink. | Well, that’s changed. Drinks are expensive so that’s usually a deciding factor but barring that–maybe 3 or 4?
5. Do you fold your underwear?
Yeah I guess. More crumple than fold but ehh….. | Yes, I do.
6. Who is the last person you wrote a letter to on paper?
I can’t say that I remember. | It’s been a long time. I’m not sure.

Not a real gun. Water gun. BB Gun I think. Cap Gun? | A pellet gun, yes.

Umm…. my power rangers probably. | Probably Power Rangers, yes.

Something falling and making a really loud crash. I hate it. | This is still fairly accurate. Anything overly loud.

I don’t know. | Maybe….touch a spider?

Hmm… tough question…. | I feel like diaries are generally not huge anymore what with how we post everything on social media.

Yeah. I like everything to look correct. Although I do like to throw in random words and stuff too. Slang stuff and all that. | I definitely am. But I still do use some slang and short forms.

Both, quite fairly I’d say. Although boys are easier to get along with. | Still both. It depends on the person, really.

Considering that I’d only have sex after I’m married, I’d be happy. | I can’t help but laugh at this. I’ve changed wildly. Though (sadly), I would have to tell the doctor I’m shocked by my immaculate conception.

There you have it!! A lot of my original answers made me laugh and showed me how much I have changed. Definitely for the better. Other things I was pleased to note haven’t changed.
This was fun but also kind of exhausting? I don’t know how I did so many of these when I was younger!!
